TERMS OF SERVICE
Due to Covid-19 and in order to comply with the current government guidelines, I will be wearing the appropriate PPE during our appointment and I will also provide a disposable mask for you to use during our appointment should you need one.
HAIR EXTENSIONS POLICY
Your booking fee deposit is non-refundable as your hair is ordered specifically for your appointment as I don't hold hair in stock, but in the likeliness of unforeseeable circumstances I will be open to discussing a partial or full refund for your deposit ONLY.
Once your hair extensions are installed and you have used my services you are responsible for the care and management of your hair extensions and no refund can be given once you have left the appointment.
HAIR EXTENSION CONSULTATION
Colour match and aftercare advice will given during your hair extensions consultation please follow it carefully.
A non-refundable deposit is required for your maintenance appointments, this secures your appointment.
INSTALLATION OF YOUR OWN HAIR
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and please note that the client is responsible for the quality and aftercare of the provided hair.
RESCHEDULING & LATENESS
I'm very flexible when it comes to rescheduling or lateness but just please let me know 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to reschedule and as soon as possible if you're going to be late for any reason.
Please note that you cannot wash your hair for 5 days after your hair is installed, please purchase some dry shampoo to use on your roots in the meantime and ONLY use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner on your hair extensions Please note that your hair might be tender up to 2 weeks after install.
Lastly please avoid putting too much HEAT or HAIR OIL near the roots of your hair extensions (always use your hair dryer on the medium setting) and take extra care when straightening or curling your hair extensions. During your consultation I will advise on proper aftercare your hair extensions.
